Took state routes 257 and 6 to avoid the summit above Cedar City. Nice! Fall weather was wonderful, incline gentle and smooth. Peaceful drive through mikes of hibernating farmland. Wind noticeably stronger after Minersville, as expected from WINDFINDER. Dropped back onto I15 at Cedar City and continued on toward Las Vegas.
Texted St George Tyson as we passed through and oh my gosh— he and sister Ashley were on their way to Vegas to visit Cirque du Soleil KA brother Sean for his birthday. They were talking about us an hour before we made contact. How cool is that??
